CEITRC conducts skill-based Olympiads such as General Knowledge Olympiad, Handwriting Olympiad, and other academic competitions, designed to assess students’ understanding, creativity, and overall learning outcomes from Classes 1 to 12.

Our Olympiads help schools:

• Evaluate students’ academic strengths and improvement areas

• Benchmark their performance at a regional and national level

• Enhance learning standards through structured assessment feedback

Role & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a database of schools, institutes, and academies in your city/town or nearby areas

• Visit schools and conduct presentations about CEITRC Olympiads

• Coordinate between schools/participants and CEITRC Head Office for smooth execution of Olympiads

• Assist schools in registration, exam guidelines, and result-related communication

• Promote online participation and motivate individual student registrations

• Ensure timely coordination for exam schedules, guidelines, and certificates

Note: CEITRC Olympiads are conducted in online/offline modes (as applicable), allowing coordinators to work flexibly from any location.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Teachers, lecturers, professors, education counselors, academicians preferred

• Homemakers with prior work experience and interest in education are welcome

• Ability to work independently on a freelance basis

• Willingness to travel within the city/town; having a vehicle is an advantage

• Self-motivated, quick learner, and goal-oriented

• Passion for education and interest in working closely with schools

• Prior experience in school coordination, admissions, or academic sales is an added advantage

Remuneration

• Commission-based earnings

• No upper limit on income – earnings depend on performance

Types of Regional Coordinators at CEITRC

1. Regional Coordinator (Direct)

• Promotes CEITRC Olympiads for individual student registrations

• Focus on online registrations through CEITRC platforms

• Can work from anywhere in India

2. Regional Coordinator (Institutional)

• Promotes CEITRC Olympiads to schools, institutes, and academies

• Handles bulk registrations and institutional tie-ups in assigned areas

• Acts as the primary liaison between schools and CEITRC

Appointment will be based on the candidate’s skills, experience, location feasibility, and interaction capabilities.

Eligibility Criteria

To become a Regional Coordinator – CEITRC Olympiad, the applicant must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum Graduate (any discipline)

• Age 21 years or above

• Good communication skills in English and/or regional language

• Basic knowledge of computer, internet, email, and online forms

• Ability to interact confidently with schools, teachers, parents, and students

• Willingness to work on a commission-based freelance model

• Readiness to travel within the assigned city/town (for Institutional Coordinators)

• Strong interest in education, student assessment, and academic development

• Prior experience in school coordination, education sales, admissions, teaching, or counseling will be an added advantage
