No Refund Policy
Registration fees for the CEITRC Olympiads (GKSO and HWSO) are strictly non-refundable.
Basis for Non-Refund
The entry fee of Rs. 260/- covers not only the cost of the examination but also the provision of various valuable resources to the student immediately upon registration, which may include:

Immediate access to the CEITRC Olympiad platform and online registration services.

The provision of practice resources such as Online Video Courses, Mock Tests, and PDF materials (e.g., Kid's Spoken English, Recent GK Updates, Course on Computer Concepts, HW Sheets). Access to these digital resources constitutes the delivery of a service, irrespective of the student's subsequent participation in the examination.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
No refunds will be processed for fees paid under any of the following circumstances:

The participant fails to appear for the Olympiad (online or offline rounds).

The participant decides to withdraw their registration after the payment has been successfully processed.

The participant is disqualified for violating competition rules.

The participant qualifies for an offline Final Round (HWSO) but chooses not to attend (forfeiting any potential prizes or scholarships).

In the event of a postponement of the examination date (e.g., April 5, 2026) or result date (e.g., April 19, 2026).
