The CEITRC Handwriting Scholarship Olympiad is a unique national-level competition designed to celebrate the art of beautiful handwriting and encourage young learners to develop strong
writing skills. In an age dominated by digital learning, CEITRC aims to preserve and promote the timeless value of neat, legible, and expressive handwriting among students.
This Olympiad provides a platform for studnts from primary to higher grades to showcase their handwriting talent and compete for prestigious scholarships, certificates, medals, and
national recognition. Through this initiative, CEITRC inspires students to build confidence, improve focus, and strengthen their academic performance.

Eligibility :
Students from Class 2nd to Class 8th can participate in their respective categories.
​
Category :
Group A : Standard 2nd to 4th Standard
(or) Age group 7 years to 9 years
Group B : Standard 5th to 8th Standard
(or) Age group 10 years to 14years​​
About CEITRC HWSO
How It Works
* Schools register their students through the CEITRC Olympiad portal.
* Students receive a writing worksheet or topic at the time of the competition.
* Entries are evaluated by handwriting experts using standardized scoring.
* Results and awards are announced on the official CEITRC platform.
JUDGING CRITERIA
a. Presentation Skill Check
Participants will be evaluated on the following parameters:
Overall format and adherence to given rules
Neatness and cleanliness of handwriting
Correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar
Avoidance of overwriting and corrections
Proper use of margins (upper, lower, left, and right)
b. Eligibility & Evaluation Parameters
*Handwriting entries will be assessed based on:
Prescribed word count
* Appropriate spacing between letters, words, and lines
+Correct formation and consistency of letters

Competition and Rounds :
The CEITRC Handwriting Scholarship Olympiad will be
conducted in three rounds:
1) Participation Round (Online)
Conducted in online mode
Participants must follow the rules and guidelines as provided
2) Qualifying Round (Online)
Conducted in online mode
Only short-listed candidates from the Participation Round are eligible to attempt this round
3) Final Round (Offline – Ahmedabad, Gujarat)
Conducted offline at Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Only short-listed candidates from the Qualifying Round are eligible for the Final Round.

Transportation expenses to and from the final round venue shall be borne solely by the candidate
​
Organizers and coordinators will not be responsible for any travel arrangements or expenses
​
If a short-listed candidate chooses not to participate in the Final Round, their entry will be terminated and they will not be eligible for any prize or scholarship
​
Additional Guidelines for Final Round:
- Exam stationery will be provided by the organizers and may be retained by the participant
- Only the official handwriting sheet must be submitted Duration of the Final Round: 20 minutes

TO IN-CHARGE TEACHER or Co-Ordinator
A participation fee of Rs. 210 per student for each exam has to be collected by the school to meet the cost of the examination. The school will retain Rs. 50 per student per Handwriting Scholarship Olympiad (HWSO) for the expense of the exam. The completely filled Registration Form, Student List and Exam Fees (Online) should reach at Handwriting Scholarship Olympiad (HWSO)
office on or before 31st March 2026 .
